The Basics

By using ugcgo.ai, you agree to these terms. ugcgo.ai is operated by UGCGO ("we", "us"). The platform connects brands with UGC creators and provides AI-powered content generation tools.

Accounts

You must be 18+ to create an account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
One account per person — no shared or automated accounts
Provide accurate information during registration; your role (brand or creator) determines your access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
Use AI generation tools to create deepfakes, CSAM, or content that impersonates real people without consent
Spam, harass, or abuse other users on the platform
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
Circumvent payment systems or commission structures
Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or portfolio

Content Ownership

Your content is yours. Creators retain ownership of original work they upload (portfolio, deliverables)
AI-generated content — images, videos, and scripts generated through our AI tools are licensed to you for commercial use. Ownership of AI outputs follows applicable law
Campaign deliverables — once a brand pays for a campaign deliverable, usage rights transfer to the brand as specified in the campaign brief
Platform license — you grant ugcgo.ai a license to display your public profile, portfolio, and content on the marketplace

Payments & Commission

ugcgo.ai charges a 15% platform commission on marketplace transactions
Creators receive 85% of the campaign payment
Payments are held in escrow via Stripe until deliverables are approved by the brand
Creator payouts are processed through Stripe Connect to your linked bank account
AI credit packs for studio tools are non-refundable once credits are used
Subscription plans are billed monthly; you can cancel anytime from your dashboard

Creators may voluntarily link their Instagram or TikTok accounts. By doing so, you represent and warrant that:

You are the rightful owner of the linked handle
Public data (username, follower count, bio, post metrics) may be displayed to brands on the marketplace
You may disconnect at any time from your dashboard; historical snapshots are retained for up to 24 months for compliance and dispute resolution
ugcgo.ai is not affiliated with Meta, TikTok, or YouTube
We may display a verified "ugcgo.ai Verified" badge after you complete bio-code ownership proof
Audience demographics are either self-disclosed by you or inferred via public data and clearly labeled as such

Campaign Deliverables

When you mark a campaign as delivered by submitting a live post URL, you confirm that:

The post is published on a public account you own
The post meets campaign requirements (hashtags, brand mentions, platform, timing)
The post includes proper FTC disclosure (#ad, #sponsored, or equivalent)
The post will remain live for at least 14 days after brand approval
Deletion of the post within 14 days of approval may result in forfeiture of up to 50% of the campaign payment

Content archival clause: you grant ugcgo.ai a non-exclusive license to capture, store, and display snapshots of your campaign-delivered posts — including media, caption, metadata, and engagement metrics — for dispute resolution, compliance monitoring, and platform operations. Archives are retained for 24 months after campaign closure.

Brand review window: brands have 7 days to review, approve, or dispute a submitted deliverable. If a brand does not respond within 7 days, the deliverable is automatically approved and escrow payment is released to the creator. This protects creators from unresponsive brands and is a legal requirement for marketplace escrow operations.

Quality scoring: ugcgo.ai applies transparent engagement-quality heuristics to linked accounts to protect brands from bot-driven profiles. Scores are shown directly to creators with a breakdown of each signal. Creators can request manual review of any score via dashboard dispute flow. We never auto-ban accounts — only hide accounts scoring below a threshold from public discovery until disputes are resolved.

AI Generation Disclaimer

Our AI tools (image, video, and script generation) are provided "as-is." We do not guarantee:

Specific quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI outputs
That AI-generated content is free from bias or errors
Uninterrupted availability of AI services (third-party providers may have downtime)

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it commercially. Do not rely on AI outputs for legal, medical, or financial decisions.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or are inactive for over 12 months. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. Pending payouts will be processed before account closure.

Limitation of Liability

ugcgo.ai is provided "as-is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
